This is a multilateral agreement on confidentiality. This agreement is designed to be used where there are three or more parties, and each party is disclosing sensitive information to the other parties.

Under the agreement, confidentiality obligations of different kinds are placed upon the persons receiving the confidential information. They must ensure the confidentiality of the information supplied. They must protect the information supplied from unauthorised disclosures. They must not provide the information to any other person without consent. They must only use the information for specified purposes and in good faith. And they must let the owner of the information know if there is an unauthorised disclosure of the information.
