The commission agreement provides that commission will be paid in respect of each "trigger event" that occurs during the term of the agreement. You will need to adapt the suggested definition of "trigger event" or use your own definition.

You will also need to consider how commission payable under the commission agreement is to be calculated. The agreement suggests that this be an agreed percentage of a "base amount".
